Order Cancellation Policy

At Zappyx, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms under which orders can be cancelled and applicable charges, if any.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched (shipped). Once an order is dispatched and a tracking ID is generated, cancellation is no longer possible from our end.

Cancellation After Dispatch

If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse to accept the delivery at the time of arrival. The shipment will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin – RTO). A refund will be processed after the product is received back and verified at our facility.

Cancellation Charges

To maintain operational efficiency and cover payment gateway and processing costs, the following charges apply:

  • Prepaid Orders: A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. A 10% cancellation fee applies for transactions made via EMI, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), or international cards.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: There are no cancellation charges if cancelled before dispatch.

How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel your order by logging into your account, going to the “My Orders” section, selecting the relevant order, and clicking on “Cancel”. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.

Note: The “Cancel” option will only be available until the order is dispatched.

Eligible Reasons for Cancellation

  • Order placed by mistake
  • Product no longer required
  • Incorrect or incompatible product selected
  • Found a better alternative

Refund Timeline

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Zappyx-Initiated Cancellations

In certain situations, Zappyx reserves the right to cancel an order, including but not limited to product unavailability, failed payment or verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing and technical errors.

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued without any deductions.

Important Notes

  • Once an order is shipped, Zappyx has limited control over logistics operations, including delays caused by courier partners.
  • Customers are encouraged to verify product compatibility and requirements before placing an order.
  • After successful delivery, cancellations are no longer applicable; however, the order may qualify under the Returns and Replacement Policy.
