Return Window
We offer a 7-day return and replacement window from the date of delivery for most products.
Exceptions: Monitors and storage devices are eligible only for replacement in cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) or physical damage during transit, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Eligible Return & Replacement Reasons
- Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Damage during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Incorrect product received
Requests falling under the above categories are eligible for replacement or return. If replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for return or replacement:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, MRP tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact
- Product should not show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering
Unboxing & Packaging Proof
Customers are required to provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the product as received. Additionally, a video of the repackaging process may be requested to validate return requests and ensure safe transit.
How to Initiate a Return
All return or replacement requests must be raised through the customer portal within the return window. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Pickup & Self-Shipping
- Reverse pickup will be arranged after approval of the return request
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product
- Self-shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error from our side
Inspection & Approval
All returned products will undergo inspection by our technical team. Approval for replacement or refund will be based on product condition and compliance with this policy.
Replacement Policy
- Replacements are provided at no additional cost for eligible cases
- Replacement will be processed after the returned product is received and validated
- Replacement dispatch typically takes up to 48 hours after approval
- A maximum of two replacement attempts may be allowed per order
If replacement is not feasible or delayed, a refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
Brand Warranty Cases
For certain products such as monitors and storage devices (outside DOA or transit damage cases), issues will be handled directly by the brand or authorized service center as per manufacturer warranty terms. Zappyx will assist in guiding the process where possible.
Important Notes
- Returned products must reach our warehouse in original condition for approval
- Refunds or replacements are processed only after successful inspection
- Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable
- Zappyx is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors
- Requests that do not meet policy conditions may be declined
